How booking works on ZenSlotz
Each business publishes services and working hours. When you select a service, ZenSlotz shows open slots based on that calendar and existing bookings. After you confirm, the business receives the appointment in their dashboard and can contact you using the details you provided.
ZenSlotz does not employ the stylists, coaches, or clinicians you book with. Prices, cancellation rules, deposits, and service quality are set by the business. Always read their page carefully—especially for first visits, medical history, or patch-test requirements.
