For customers
How do I find a business?
Visit the homepage or Explore page. Browse categories (salon, yoga, clinic, sports, and more) or search by name. Each business has a dedicated booking page with their services and availability.
Do I need an account to book?
Often no—many businesses allow guest booking with your name and phone number. Some require a customer account for history, rescheduling, or loyalty. You will be prompted on their booking page if sign-in is required.
How do I book a time slot?
- Open the business booking page.
- Select a service (and staff member if listed).
- Choose an available date and time.
- Enter your contact details and confirm.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Policies are set by each business. Check their booking page or confirmation message for cancellation rules. Contact the business directly if you need to move an appointment—their phone and social links are on their ZenSlotz page.
Who do I pay?
Payment is between you and the business. Some accept payment at the venue; others may use integrated payment options where enabled. ZenSlotz is the booking platform, not the service provider.
For business owners
How do I get started?
Register your business, choose your booking type (appointments, courses, or resource slots), verify your email, and complete your profile in the dashboard. Add services, set hours, and share your booking link. Setup typically takes 5–15 minutes.
I only want a landing page—no heavy booking
You can publish your business name, about text, gallery, and contact details first. List your services so visitors understand what you offer. Online slot booking is optional—you stay in control of how customers reach you.
What does it cost?
ZenSlotz offers plans for businesses that need full dashboard access, promotions, and higher limits. A basic presence may be free depending on your plan; see pricing on the For Businesses page or the My Plan section in your dashboard after you register.
Can I add my team?
Yes. In the dashboard, open Team to add staff, assign services, and optionally connect Google Calendar to reduce double-booking against personal calendars.
Trust and privacy
Booking pages use HTTPS. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for how we handle data. Google sign-in and Calendar connections are optional and explained in the privacy policy.
