Booking online is only the first step. A short checklist before you leave home reduces stress and helps the business serve you on time.

Confirm the basics

Re-read your confirmation: business name, branch address, date, time, and service. Add the appointment to your phone calendar with travel time. If the business sent a video link for an online session, test the link five minutes early.

  • Screenshot or save the confirmation message
  • Note parking or public transport options
  • Bring payment method if pay-at-venue is expected

Prepare for the service

Salons may ask for reference photos or patch tests before colour. Yoga studios may require your own mat. Clinics may need insurance cards. Follow any preparation notes on the booking page or in your reminder message.

Arrive and check in

Arrive a few minutes early, especially for first visits with intake forms. Introduce yourself at reception or to the practitioner. After the visit, rebook your next appointment if the business recommends a regular interval—you can often use the same ZenSlotz link.
